- When making a reservation we would appreciate you being definite
about the days you will be staying with us. Because we are
a small business we are unable to operate as a big chain.
In order to be fair to you and us we have the following reservation
policy:
- In case of a change in your plans that results in a cancellation
or change in number of people or units, please notify us 45 days
in advance for the country cabins and 90 days advance notice for
the Grand Room Lodge and cabins/motel rooms reserved with the
GRL. With that advanced notification we will refund of your
deposit less a $45 processing charge per unit. On cancellations
with shorter notice (except GRL) we will try to rebook your resevation,
however, if that is impossible the deposit will be forfeited.
If filling the reservation causes extra cleaning that charge will
be deducted from the deposit. There is no refund for unused
accomodations due to late arrival or early departure. You
are responsible for each night and each person you reserve.
- Country Cabins require a deposit for first and last nights rent
in the form of a personal check, money order of cashiers check.
Please mail deposits immediately. When we receive your deposit
we will send you an e mail confirmation. . Upon arrival
we prefer a check or cash for balance due but you may use Visa
or Master Card if you prefer.
- Grand Room Lodge along with associated units will require
one check for 50% of your stay or for shorter stays the first
and lasts nights rent (whichever is greater) mailed within 10
days of making the reservation. The balance is due upon
arrival paid with one check. No credit cards will be accepted
for the GRL/ unit reservations.
- All rates subject to 5.7% state tax.
- Minimum night's stay may apply, please inquire.
- Day visitors must be approved ahead of arrival time
and will need to leave the property by 8:00 p.m..We reserve the
right to refuse or limit visitors. Please inquire about charges
for visitors. We are not zoned for camping trailers, RV's or tents.
If you plan to have a small utility trailer please let us know.
Fire code does not allow the use of sleeping bags or air mattresses.
